“A picture is worth a thousand words” that’s the motto of any photography… This little girl was a fighter from the age of 3 years old. Chereez was diagnosed with undifferentiated soft tissue sarcoma cancer stage 3 in 2018. I never thought in a million years that something like this would come upon our family. There were times that I could not look at Chereez without wanting to cry.
Chereez’s had the privilege to receive 2 months of treatment in the USA that she desperately required. Six (6) Weeks after her return to South Africa, more test were done and on the 13th of December 2018, Chereez was declared Cancer – FREE! (Read her Facebook page “Little Figther Chereez Nel”)
I did this photo shoot because after everything she went through she still have a beautiful smile on her face and she really wanted to show off her long hair, after losing everything during treatment.

She is so cute. So happy to see her healthy again and glowing again.
